Simran at the EYF Teaching Divine Alignment Sunday & Tuesday


Using the simplicity of Divine Alignment you will recognize patterns that are limiting you, learn how to let go of unnecessary tension that separates you from your pure, true, wholehearted state of being. You will realize more grace and ease in your practice while growing from the inside out.

Learn to practice even challenging asana with more ease. We will use challenging Kriya & Asana (such as Cobra and Lotus), which many people think they cannot do, and find a way to safely grow into any Asana from where you are.

I will be teaching 2 workshops:
- Day 1 - Sunday 6th August at 11H - 13H at the Big Top

Let Your Heart Rule, Learn how to use your navel and gravity to safely grow any asana. Warm ups for the pelvis and base of the spine, unlock this area to give you more leverage and ease in your yoga practice. Learn to create a comfortable seat (asana) & we will practice an amazing Kriya for the hips, pelvis, which includes a powerful deep seated Asana (Gorakhasana) that helps us to access the power of our sacred Sacrum and Core.

- Day 3 - Tuesday 8th August at 11H - 13H at the Under the Trees - Clearing

Safely practice Back Bends/ Front Bends and gain flexibility. For many people practicing Bow, Camel or Cobra pose hurts the lower back, and they cannot do Wheel Pose. Please join me as we learn about the connection of bending forward and bending backward so you can grow yourself safely into these challenging Asana. More comfortable seated positions, Padmasana & Bound Lotus, to allow for deeper meditation, great for White Tantric Yoga.
