In this course the emphasis is on learning through your own experience and contemplation the science of Authentic Relationships.
Integrate authentic relationships into your life and your teaching. Explore and understand how we form, sustain and honor relationships. Our success as Kundalini Yoga teachers and as conscious human beings depends on our capacity to be authentic and respond from our hearts; our primary objective is to examine our relationships and improve our effectiveness, authenticity and awareness within them.

Level I Kundalini Yoga Certified Teachers, successful attendance and completion of this course will give you a Letter of Completion for the ‘Authentic Relationships’ Module toward KRI Level 2 Teacher Training Certification

Level I Kundalini Yoga Certification
Passing grade of 75 or higher on the Final Exam
Attendance at all 48 hours of classroom study
Completion of 12 hours of home study
Home Study Requirements
6 hours studying Yogi Bhajan transcripts, viewing and practicing course DVD meditations
6 hours of study group meetings and/or conference calls
40 days of journaling
Completion of 90 days of the assigned meditation for the course
Passing grade of 75 or higher on the Final Exam
